The CSO is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization. Our non-performing volunteers are integral to the success of our organization.
We currently have a need for:
Event Manager
Event Managers coordinate logistics from the pre-planning stages of an event through creating reports following an event.
Duties include:
- Determining the scope of an event
- Planning all the basic logistics of the event
- Ensuring promotional materials are available for the event
- Coordinating the event with the Leadership Team
- Coordinating with the Twitch Team to ensure the event is covered properly
- Assisting with the transportation of equipment for musicians
Stage Manager
The Stage Manager will cover the following tasks:
- Meet with Concert Producer to understand all technical and logistical requirements for event
- Recruit stage crew and assign duties prior to concert
- Day-of-Concert Duties:
- Arrive early to coordinate setup of all equipment
- Direct and assist performers backstage
- Address all technical, safety, and logistical issues backstage during concert
- Supervise breakdown after performance
Twitch Team
These positions are active leading up to and during livestreamed performances:
- Camera Operators
- Any experience with cameras is required
- OBS Operators
- Some experience with OBS Studios is required
- Audio Engineers
- Must have experience mixing live audio, and understand Gain Staging, EQ, compression, and FX Routing
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will cover the following tasks:
- Create proprietary graphics for all CSO events
- Design flyers and other promotional materials
- Help design concert programs
- Coordinate with the website designer and social media manager
